I have been doing this meditation on and off for several months, and the effects are unmistakable. If you set an intention to clear old patterns, people, and things in your life while chanting this meditation for 11 minutes each day, you will start noticing things that no longer serve you, so that you can clear them from your life to make room for things that serve your higher self. To do the meditation, chant along with the recording, and as you sit on the floor, with each line "wahe guru.. etc.." move your hands and arms in a motion as if you are grabbing water from the earth and pouring it over the arc line or halo of your head. Do the motion for each line--so, as you say "wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe guru, wahe jio" you will do it four times. Splashing the imaginary "water" over the arc line of your head is especially helpful for clearing the energy of old attachments, such as the karma of old lovers. It might help to write down a clear intention around the theme of cleansing. Beware! You will notice things in your life start to shift, and that which does not serve you will rise to your conscious awareness so that you can clear it. You might even notice these things trying one last gasp to hold on to you, but keep doing the meditation, and they will clear. Here is the recording...
